The mission of North Idaho Chaos Softball program is to provide a safe and competitive environment for young players to learn and enjoy the game of fast-pitch softball.  We are committed to providing all girls with an experience that fosters positive self-esteem, team spirit and individual growth through personal achievement and team play.  We are dedicated to teaching softball fundamentals and life skills through good sportsmanship, leadership, positive coaching, and peer and parent communication.

Our goal is for each player to have fun while gaining knowledge of the game.  We strive to create and maintain an environment of teamwork, honesty and fair play.

All our coaching staff works to achieve this mission. We believe our children are our most precious assets and represent the future of our communities. Through our involvement in their lives, we will strive to leave a positive, lasting impression.

Respect: We play the game of Fastpitch softball because we love it. We show our love for the game by respecting it. We are ambassadors of the game, we follow the rules, we treat umpires and opposing teams with the same respect we show our parents, and we set an example for all who witness our performances, and we thank them for being a part of it. We love the game.

Success: If we combine a positive attitude, an unwavering commitment, always doing the best we can, and respecting ourselves along the way, then success is only a formality.

Our Coaching Staff

With more than 18 years of softball coaching experience from programs in recreation softball, travel ball and high school softball, our coaches bring a strong knowledge of the game to our players. Our coaches have a desire to teach and inspire our players to be their best selves. NIC coaches have strong leadership skills and lead by example both on and off the field. They are well respected community members and are looking forward to building a local North Idaho program for the kids within our communities.
